Return Policy
In case you are
not completely satisfied with the products, we will
be happy to exchange or refund a product within 14 days of receipt.
However, you should
notify us of your intention to return the item(s) within 7 working
days (from the day after you receive your goods) by e-mailing us at
orders@dajuli.com stating the order number and the exact item to be
returned. Do not send any items back to us prior to obtaining a return
authorization.
* For reasons of hygiene and safety we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless they are defective.
No
item will be accepted as a return if the tags and labels have been
removed for any reason. All tags and packaging must still be attached
and in the original condition. Items that have had the security tag
either removed or tampered with will not be accepted. Items that are
returned in an unfit state, worn or damaged will not be accepted. Any
items that are returned to us that do not comply with the returns policy
will be returned to you and no refund/exchange given.
Items
are returned at your own expense. In case your item was part of a free
shipping promotion and you are returning it, we reserve the right to
charge you for the actual original shipping cost. When exchanging an
item and the new item qualifies for free shipping, your exchanged order
will ship back to you for free.
If you are exchanging an item that is defective we will ship a replacement item to you for free.
Returns
can take up to 3 working days to
process. You will receive e-mail confirmation once the refund has been
completed. A credit voucher will be issued against any items returned
that were purchased using a Gift Certificate.
All refunds are processed in US dollars, which is the currency that all transactions take place in.
All items remain the senders property until they arrive safely back at our warehouse. It is your responsibility
to make sure that any items returned are adequately packaged with
tracking and insurances in place, as we cannot be held responsible for
any items lost or damaged in transit. Any items damaged in transit due
to insufficient packaging will not be refunded. If the order is partially returned the delivery charge will be prorated.
